AZmods Project

Here are listed only a few of my designs, mostly those that are completed and worth showing. You can see more of them at my Instagram. My designs are NOT FOR SALE. Some of them can be found for free on Thingiverse or PrusaPrinters under a proper licence. So, if you have the knowledge, own a 3D Printer or have a 3D Hub nearby, you can make yours.

Designed and built a custom configurable (horizontal/vertical) laptop cooling pad which consists of a 12mm PWM controlled fan, a PWM generator with LCD and a small contact switch.

TBMP (TrackBallMacroPad) is a macropad specially designed to fit around some trackball mice. Features 10 mechanical switches and a rotary encoder which are reprogrammable, a voltmeter, a PWM generator with LCD, a missile on/off switch, an Arduino Pro Micro and some LEDS.

This is a combination of the macropad and the volumeknob. Designed to reduce space and materials.

Designed to give a lift and nice looks on a budget keyboard.

A nice, small macropad. Features 8 mechanical switches which are reprogrammable, a transparent plate, an Arduino Pro Micro and some LEDS.

A reprogrammable rotary encoder powered by an Arduino Pro Micro.

Designed and fully 3D printed in segments.

A one-off badge made by combining two 3D printing technologies (FDM and SLA) and two different painting techniques. It's purpose was to test the durability of different materials which are combined in one product and exposed daily in the external environment.

Designed at the University of Ioannina to improve the grip of the face shields.

The Ethel is a portable dual series 18650 PWM (pulse generator) / power supply with frequency and duty cycle control that consists of a PWM module, an aluminium body, a 3D printed faceplate, a laser engraved acrylic lid, a centered 40mm connector, a casted battery sled, reverse battery polarity protection and a voltmeter module.

The Ethel Concept is the prototype version of the final Ethel design.

The Kyrto design is a touch of difference. Curved on one side and flat on the other, Kyrto is a small and light multipurpose enclosure.

The 41 is one of the most known designs so far. A simple, durable and light modular multipurpose enclosure.

The 41 PWM is a portable dual series 18650 PWM (pulse generator) / power supply with frequency and duty cycle control that uses the 41 basic enclosure design.

The 41 Pilot is another variant of the 41 enclosure design but with the use of a pilot toggle switch on the back.

Another variant of the 41 design in which just a faceplate swap was enough to install the famous DNA 200 power regulated digital switch-mode DC to DC converter.

This is a larger variant of the 41 multipurpose enclosure design.

Similar to The 41 DNA, the triple 18650 version of the design and thanks to its modularity a recycled RX200 power regulating board found a new home.

Made for experimental purposes only 'The Monster' is a beast of power. It is a portable PWM (pulse generator) / power supply with frequency and duty cycle control which consists of a pack of 8x18650 batteries configured in 4 series/2 parallel (4s2p) 16.8v and xt60 battery connectors for Lipo battery compatibility.

The SS Hammond PWM is a portable triple series 18650 PWM (pulse generator) / power supply with a NE555 PWM board and a voltmeter module.

The Cheap PWM is a portable triple series 18650 PWM (pulse generator) / power supply with a custom 555 PWM board and a voltmeter module.
